Shipping Costs and Policy
FREE POST is our honour for our valued customers. All customer orders are with free post to Australia and New Zealand.After the full payment received we dispatched your purchased item within 3 business days, through Australia Post or Toll Priority or other registered couriers with registered post, tracking number and signature on delivery. You will receive your item within 10 working days of dispatching your item.

Refunds and returns
Persian Art Treasure returns and refunds policy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
As valued customer we want your 100% satisfaction with your purchase from Persian Art Treasure either online or in the shop, so you can enjoy 7 days full refund policy. Contact us to receive a full refund. You are responsible for return postage and packing, so the returned item would be delivered to us in original condition; you have received it from Persian art treasure. Please contact us as soon as possible if you changed your mind within 7 days of receiving your goods so we can confirm your return instructions. All goods MUST be returned unused and in the same condition you receive them. You pay for return packaging and shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods and you are responsible for any lost or damaged goods.
We will only process your refund once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in new and unused condition.
